Dr. Burkitt believes that a lack of dental insurance should not mean a lack of dental care. With We Care Dental Care's in-office membership plan, your preventive dental care will be covered for a low monthly fee of $37. The Plan Includes
- X-Rays
- Flouride (2 times a year)
- Exams (3 times a year)
- Regular Cleaning (2 times a year)
- 15% off other services including fillings, crowns, simple extractions, partial denture, complete dentures, deep cleaning.
No claims to file, no waiting period, no annual maximum, no pre-authorizations.
*One time $149 Activation Fee. The monthly fee is billed on the 15th of every month*
Restrictions: This program excludes any specialty services such as endodontics (root canal), surgical extractions, implants or sedation. This can not be used with insurance. All fees most be payed on the day of service.
